Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with FRANKZ. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our shipping and returns policy are designed to make your shopping experience easy and hassle-free.

Shipping Policy:

  • Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed, excluding custom FRANKZ BLANKZ customised designs.
  • We ship to addresses within Australia only unless prior contact is made
  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight/size of the items in your order, and the delivery address
  • All orders are sent via Australia Post or Aramax courier:  Regular or Express Shipping available
  • You will be notified when your parcel is on its way; please allow 24 hours for tracking code to become active. We suggest you use the Australia Post website below to track your order progress https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search or their app. 
  • If your parcel has been lost in transit through Auspost, you MUST contact Australia Post on 137678. FRANKZ will not be responsible should Australia Post lose it. 
  • Please be mindful in the current climate there may be shipping delays.
  • Note: Postage does not include insurance or signature on delivery unless advised at the time of purchase.
  • It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you accidentally provide the incorrect information, FRANKZ is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
  • Should the order be returned to us undelivered, FRANKZ will inform you via email/phone of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified when the refund has been processed.
